[neomutt-users] Can not open file for writing after composing mail with neomutt running in cygwin

Hi!

any idea how to avoid error "Can not open file for writing" after 
composing mail using neomutt and vim (or any other editor like scite, 
emacs, notepad++, ...), running on windows?
