[neomutt-users] Neomutt omit reply messages in some threads ... why ?

I know one situation where this can happen. If your filesystem (mails)
are not in-sync with the notmuch db.

notmuch show shows the mails. Are all files existing on the
filesysstem as defined in filename:?
