[neomutt-users] Always Cc to Me

I appreciate for your help.
And my mistake was lack of "set metoo=yes" in my config file.
I added following reply-hook into my config file and it works fine.

reply-hook ~A 'my_hdr Cc: mochidai at mochidai.com'
