[neomutt-devel] Release on Friday 7th

I've just merged a bunch of commits in anticipation of Friday's release.

One of them is a change to the browser.

The code has been changed to display the list of folders you would
expect.  This means we've also changed one of the default macros to
match:

OLD: macro index,pager y "<change-folder>?<toggle-mailboxes>" "show incoming mailboxes list"
NEW: macro index,pager y "<change-folder>?" "show incoming mailboxes list"

If you notice anything odd (or more odd than usual) about the browser,
please let us know as soon as you can.
