[neomutt-devel] checked signature - 's' does not change to 'S'

Same as flatcap here. Amongst the messages on the list, the only ones
where the s doesn't become a S are those where I get a warning, and they
all contain:

after the signed part. For example, see the message with subject:
[neomutt-devel] Help to Prepare NeoMutt 1.7.0
