[neomutt-users] Always encrypt mail to a certain mailbox/person...

Hi,

Mails to a certain persons mailbox sent by me should always be encrypted
with gnupg. 
What works already is the automatic encryption if I _reply_ to a mail
of that person if it was sent in encrypted form to me.

Is there a way to ensure, that mail to that person/mailbox sent by me
is always encrypted regardless of the "history" ;) of that mail, that is:
- If I am initially sending mail to that person/mailbox
- If I am replying to a mail of that person, which was already encrypted
- If I am replying to a mail of that persion, even it was not encrypted
  by that person

Or in other words: No mail to that person should leave my Linux box
unencrypted.

The public key of that person is part of my keyring.

I am using "that person" and "the mailbox of that persion"
interchangeable here... :)
