[neomutt-users] Neomutt won't read my .neomuttrc

I just followed a tutorial on how to set up my email account on
Neomutt, right here

I placed my config files, including .neomuttrc in
~/.config/neomutt/ as instructed.

However, when I start Neomutt itself, the terminal
is empty. No user account. It just reads from /var/mail/user
as I think its default.

What should I do?
