[neomutt-users] Odd combo of blocked by policy or not. See inside

If I send a message with any content related to the list topics, it gets
blocked.
If I send a message with a url with the same message, it goes through.

I've got two different emails right now added to the list.
Different domains.

Can anybody explain this strange situation?
