[neomutt-users] Removing Local hostname from Message-ID

Hi

I have been setting up Neomutt and it works well, however when I view
the message source from a message sent on Neomutt, the message ID
contains the local host of the computer. Is the correct way to fix this
to set hostname in the config to FQDN of the external email provider or
is there a different way to achieve this? Sorry to ask, but I just
wanted to be sure.
