[neomutt-users] multiline url links in emails

It’s the same, I have the "+" at the beginning of the wrapped line which
prevents me from simply copying the multi-line url (also for html e-mail
the view in "attachments" hides the urls which doesn’t help, but I guess
it’s only a configuration issue there)
