I never thought about this solution, which works great, thanks. However,
I’m lost when the e-mail has many links (it happens quite often with
"business" e-mails), I don’t remember which one I wanted to clic. The
only thing that is actually problematic with the pager is the fact that
there is a "+" at the beginning of the lines, which I need to
remove to make the link valid. Without that "+", hiding temporarily the
sidebar and copying the whole link by hand would be perfectly usable...
