[neomutt-users] Dynamically controlling sendmail command

Brilliant! The trick I was missing was the fact that you _can_ declare
your own new variables after all, as long as they're prefixed with
`my_`... I've been reading Neomutt documentation for weeks now and never
stumbled on that particular fact.

Assuming this e-mail right here is being set as only plaintext, that
means everything works now :) Thank you so much!
