[neomutt-users] folder-hook regexp stupid question

Hello.

why
  folder-hook         ~/Mail/Yandex/acc1/
  folder-hook         ~/Mail/GMX/acc2/
don't match?

and 
 folder-hook         Mail/Yandex/acc1
 folder-hook         Mail/GMX/acc2
match?

why ~ in regexp not expand to home directory?
