Not sure if this is still relevant, but I haven't seen an issue opened yet from
a quick look.

FWIW you should be able to see those crashes in "coredumpctl list" on
Archlinux. You can then use "coredumpctl gdb <PID>" and "bt" in the gdb shell
to get a stacktrace, which could help to track this down.

You might need to rebuild neomutt with debugging symbols. To do that, you can
get the latest neomutt-git PGKBUILD:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/neomutt-git
And then add "options=('debug' '!strip')" to it and build with "makepkg -si"
(or an AUR helper of your choice).
