If you want and there have already been plenty of suggestions in the
thread for how to get the text (whether including the headers or not).

There's been a couple of suggestions of where to send it, beyond
mentioning a couple of projects.  There are, unsurprisingly, plenty of
options beyond those and I've collated details about a bunch of them

The focus of that document is more to do with publishing and dealing
with all the "fun" that comes with Unicode and certain file formats,
including PDF and/or PostScript generation.  Still, once you've got
the data out of your email, it's origin doesn't matter too much.

Most of what you probably want is on pages 34 to 41 of the current
version of that file (it's a living document, it changes every now and
then to some extent).  Some of the preceding info might be of use too,
depending on what else you're using too.
