Not within NeoMutt.
You could tag 't' the emails, then ';|' <tag-prefix><pipe-message> them to an
external script.

That's simpler.  In most cases you can tag the emails and
';r' <tag-prefix><reply>.  That will construct a reply *to* all the
*from* addresses.
