[neomutt-users] Use Neomutt as mailto handler

In fact my problem is that termite got behavior difference with other
terminal emulators

xterm -e neomutt mailto:foo at bar.org
termite -e neomutt mailto:foo at bar.org

do not the same things


termite need quotes and this is still a problem at this date.

Upped the issue on github and waiting for response !
