[neomutt-users] What's the best spam filter to use?

No, Spamassassin is a rule based filter and bogofilter needs to be trained
to build the knowledge what's good or bad. Spamassassin has such a
(Bayesian) classifier, too.

I'm using bogofilter and are very satisfied with the results.
