Thanks for notmuch reference. 

I tested the "alternate way"[1] which is the same behavior than using
the mutt build-in "limit" feature. BTW, I noticed a little bug in the
macro specially when the message-id contains a special regexp character
and here[2] is a workaround. Still, this does not solve my initial
problem, but reveals a great full-text index to mine the emails.

I have also tested the "virtual mailboxes" way, but it postulates the
use of only one maildir. This would be a revolution to use this and I
wonder if anyone has some experience of this before I investigate
further.
