Hmm, that get's me closer, thanks. But it seems to structure the forwarded
message as an attachment, whereas I was hoping it would all be included
inline in the main body of the forwarded message.  Alpine, for example
seems to do it way.

Again, in the context of reporting to abuse desks, many of them will not
accept attachments. :/
