Hmm, I see in table 3.3 that ~/.mutt/muttrc is now given precedence over
~/.muttrc, so therefore my ~/.mutt/aliases is never being sourced. I guess
that explains the unexpected breakage of backwards compatibility. Mahalo
for the pointer.
