[neomutt-users] Problems with autosetup

Hi,

Currently I am trying to figure out, how the new autosetup feature
can be mapped to my "old" configuration...

Problems:
--prefix=/usr/local
fails since it does not only specify the installation path but
also the path where it is searching everything else (the lua
execuatble for example). Dont specifying --prefix=/usr/loca; finds
all dependencies

The following items of my old setup
    --sysconfdir=/etc
    --with-regex
    --enable-sidebar
    --enable-pop
    --enable-nntp

are missing in the new setup.
Are these features removed? How can I specify them?
