Thanks for the patches...
Unfortunately the files you fixed were generated from other sources.

There are a few en-dashes that didn't make it and one long line,
but I think I've managed to port the rest of the changes.

- Lots of man linting
- Fix typos
- Replace `\\` with `\e`
- Replace `\fC` with `\f[CR]` for code
- Kill trailing whitespace

There's a lot still wrong with the man pages, but that's all I have time for.
