[neomutt-devel] New release next week

Hi all,

I'll be making a new release next week, probably Tue 16th.
Please can you give it a test.

This release contains one BIG change -- expandos.
There's a lot of discussion, here

tl;dr Parse the format string *once*

This change also means that NeoMutt can *validate* format strings.

    set index_format = "%Q"

warns:

    Option index_format: Unknown expando: %Q
