[neomutt-devel] including modified neomutt in project(s) uploaded to github

I have been using a modified version of an older neomutt for
a while now to use email for remote access and automated
things like remote monitoring apps where no static IP is available.
I only modified a few files but its central to how some of this
stuff now works. I have done similar things with other projects
like rapidjson. How should this be handled in my repositories and
credited in the apps?
