This is a Bug-Fix Release.

Two weeks ago I asked for help testing, before making a release.
Nothing happened, some bugs slipped through and now I have to make another release.

This is a DEVEL mailing list.  Make yourselves useful.

- Sidebar users are urged to use `%D` in their `$sidebar_format` if they use `named-mailboxes`
  This will show the Descriptive name, rather than the mailbox path or Notmuch query.
  e.g. `set sidebar_format = "%D%*  %n"`
