[neomutt-devel] Universal Ctags

Hi Developers,

If you use Universal Ctags to generate 'tags' files, then there's
something new in the 'management' repo for you.

The 'ctags' directory contains a config file that teaches ctags how to
parse the macros we use for LISTs and TAILQs.  Without it, tags aren't
generated for the HEAD objects.

Create a directory `~/.ctags.d` and put `queue.ctags` in it.
