[neomutt-devel] New Config System

Hi all,

I've just merged the new config code.

Everything should still work (I've replicated all of NeoMutt's quirks)
There are two small user-visible changes.

1) `neomutt -D` now outputs config:

    set sidebar_sort_method = "mailbox-order"
    set sidebar_visible = yes
vs
    sidebar_sort_method=mailbox-order
    sidebar_visible is set

The new dump code is much more versatile and more options are coming.

2) Postfix query support

Tired of querying variables by typing:

    :set delete<left><left><left><left><left><left>?

NeoMutt now supports:

    :set delete?

Lots more changes to come.
