[neomutt-devel] Next Release on Friday 23rd

It's been a while, but there's a new release coming.

    Friday 23rd February 2018

There are a few new features, but it's mostly structural changes to the
code.  This is hard slow work, but a necessary step to move forward.

To all packagers: Please test the build as soon as you can.
