[neomutt-devel] Silent builds

... and I've just removed them again.
Unfortunately, old versions of make were causing problems.
They didn't generate the rules I was relying on, so people started
getting errors like:

    Recursive variable `am__v_XSLT_' references itself

I'll keep thinking.  They may return.
