[neomutt-devel] Dev Release, Friday 26th

I'm planning to make a dev release on Friday 26th.

There aren't too many feature changes, but the code has had a major
overhaul.  It's getting easier to understand it.

Before then, I've got a load more renaming to do, so...
If you have some work you'd like rebasing, get it into the neomutt repo NOW.

After the release, we'll have a week of bug-fixing, then a real release.
