[neomutt-devel] Easy task - Adding a 'define' command

As a vim user, I often type ':se' in NeoMutt when I mean ':set'
We've come up with a solution, but we need some help.

There's a new 'easy' task looking for a coder.

    Please accept :se as a synonym for :set
    https://github.com/neomutt/neomutt/issues/701

This task would involve:

* Adding two commands to NeoMutt
* Manipulating lists of objects
* Changing the command-line processing to:
  + Accept the new shortcuts
  + Do command completion
