[neomutt-devel] Sample branches

I've renamed a couple of branches from devel/X to sample/X.
They are bits of code that aren't being developed, but that we don't
want to lose.

    sample/matcher                   - fast-finder for long lists
    sample/iso8859-1_cp1252_fallback - charset workaround for bad mailers
    sample/summary                   - help pages of useful info

I'll occasionally rebase these against master to make sure they're
relatively up-to-date.
