[neomutt-devel] NeoMutt patches

This development release of NeoMutt marks a turning point.
From now on, I won't be creating patches against upstream Mutt.

Because of the recent code tidying/refactoring, the diff against
upstream Mutt is nearly 400,000 lines (bigger than the code itself)!

Other than that, it's business as usual:
- fixing bugs
- adding new features
- improving the code
- mergine upstream changes
