[neomutt-devel] checked signature - 's' does not change to 'S'

yep..
i tried this again with some more mailing lists.
messages with an added maillist signature are
then "not fully signed", and yield the message
"Warning: Part of this message has not been signed."
and then there is NO transition from 's' to 'S'.

when the complete message has been signed
and the signature is good then you'll see:
"PGP signature successfully verified."
and 's' will turn into 'S'.

now, should this info go into the manual?
and if so - which?  "man mutt", "man muttrc"?
or into a new "man neomutt" or "man neomuttrc"?
