This release marks the beginning of the end of Neomutt-1.6.2

For a period of one month, I'll accept and release bug-fixes.
After that, everyone will be politely encouraged to use NeoMutt-1.7.0

# NeoMutt 1.7.0

All future development will occur on NeoMutt-1.7.0

I'm planning to make a release of this tomorrow.
