Maybe should we think of supplying two versions of the syntax file, one
that can parse the muttrc language in a very general way, without
recognizing the config tokens, that should be distributed with vim, and
another one that extends the former one and is generated from the source
code with all the up to date token list that we can distribute either as a
ftplugin VimPlug, or that can be installed at `make install` in the
/usr/share/vim/vim${VIM_VERSION}/ftplugin/ folder.
