[neomutt-users] new_mail_command - now looking for a read_mail_command

If the notifications were all independent...
and each had a state true/false...
and we notified the user when that state *changed*

Then the user could track:
    new mail OR no new mail
    enter folder OR exit folder
    start neomutt OR quit neomutt

As you've probably guessed by the silence, it's not possible (yet).
It's an interesting idea, though.
