[neomutt-users] neomutt.org website cloudflare settings

Hi,

as far as I am aware in the big discussion of cloudflare vs tor,
there is now the option to exclude tor exit points from being labeled
as "bad" and therefore view the website without solving the captchas
and accepting the meta-cookie of cloudflare (or however this worked
again).

Right now neomutt.org is configured to not allow any tor connections
in.
I propose to change this in the cloudflare settings.
