I've just added another new feature to the code.

# purge-thread

This is a new function for deleting emails.
It's the work of regular NeoMutt developer: Darshit Shah (darnir).

The trash folder is a great way to prevent accidents.  "deleted" emails
are moved there.  You can read more about it here:

Sometimes, though you REALLY want to delete something NOW.  The
<purge-message> function deletes an email bypassing the trash folder.
To complement <delete-thread>, there is now a <purge-thread> function.
This deletes the whole thread, bypassing the trash folder.
