[neomutt-devel] Dev Release on Friday

Hi all,

This release cycle has taken a longer that I expected
Where has the time gone?

The next release will be our first as NeoMutt.
NeoMutt strings, NeoMutt filenames, no Mutt references.

Also, the release will be split into three:
    Binary, Docs, Contrib

Currently, to build the docs you need an complete development
environment.  The separate docs still require a compiler, but that
dependency will be eliminated soon.

After Friday's release, there'll be a week of bug-fixing, then a
General release the following Friday.
