I forgot to note: One important reason to do that is, that sometimes problems solve them-self. Like it has happened with https://github.com/neomutt/neomutt/issues/46#issuecomment-275877828

Therefore I'd like to propose the habit to ask on old (=half year old?) bug reports if they are still relevant.
