[neomutt-devel] List of useful external programs

Hey,

I think it generally makes sense to make a list on our website that contains at least links and maybe descriptions of useful programs which can be used with mutt/neomutt. I haven't tested/used a lot of them, so i don't know how useful they are. But i think its worth to establish such a (maintained) list.
