I like that idea.

I don't think that helps very much, because we still need to know which
distro people use - e.g. debian vs arch linux. The version number may be
the same, but the features/bugs aren't.

That means, we still have to ask the user about the used programs.
Furthermoore, i guess it'd be just too much to display every
program/library version - e.g. neomutt's version string is very long.


Therefore, i'm not sure if that REALLY improves things.
