correct.  this was not introduced with neomutt
and has been waiting for a looong time to be fixed.

sure.. changing the manual to "mutt" might not be appreciated.
but if we leave this be then how will users of neomutt know
that we can improve this - or that we even care?
and even there were any improvements from users
then should we ignore all of that completely?

shouldnt neomutt provide a manual
which can be called by "man neomutt"?!

right now i see that we are in between thses:
"this is old mutt stuff - the mutt folks must fix it" and
"this is new neomutt stuff - and we cannot fix is
 because it might interfere with the old mutt stuff."
 o_O

i am very much in favor of opening up
for a neomutt manual page.

if this means changing init.h and
which cannot be done because of mutt
then we at least need to know.
