[neomutt-devel] NeoMutt repo / branches

After a LOT of discussion on IRC, the NeoMutt repo has been simplified.

Despite my many attempts to explain them, nobody else understood how the
feature branches worked.

We're down to 18 branches, some of which may disappear later.

They are:
    [neomutt]
        NeoMutt based on Mutt 1.7.0

    [contrib/*] (2)
        Non-code features
        
    [devel/*] (6)
        Features that aren't ready for general use

    [distro/*] (5)
        These are the distros' patch-sets
        They will probably be moved to their own repo soon

    [mutt/default]
    [mutt/stable]
        Reference copies of upstream Mutt

    [coverity]
        Static code testing

    [neomutt-1.6.2]
        NeoMutt based on Mutt 1.6.2
        This will be retired in a few weeks
