Following a suggestion from tshirtman, I've added a new colour to the
sidebar: "sidebar_ordinary".

    https://github.com/neomutt/neomutt/tree/devel7/sidebar-ordinary

This colour will be used if there's no other highlighting that applies.

This is useful if you want to dim the labels of mailboxes that aren't
interesting, e.g.

    color sidebar_ordinary color245 default
